Illegal or prohibited content.
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Deepfakes or deceptive imagery.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

Our service is provided on a subscription basis.
Credits used for AI generations are non-refundable once the generation process has started.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

SpectrumLabs provides AI-generated content "as is." While we strive for 100% realism and 4K quality, we are not liable for any loss of sales or damages resulting from the use of our generated images.
