1. Ownership of Content

  • Uploaded Assets: You retain all rights to the original images you upload to our platform.
  • AI Outputs: SpectrumLabs grants you a full commercial license for all images generated through our service. You are free to use these images for Shopify, Amazon, social media marketing, and print advertising.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpectrumLabs to generate:

  • Illegal or prohibited content.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Deepfakes or deceptive imagery.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Our service is provided on a subscription basis.
  • Credits used for AI generations are non-refundable once the generation process has started.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

SpectrumLabs provides AI-generated content "as is." While we strive for 100% realism and 4K quality, we are not liable for any loss of sales or damages resulting from the use of our generated images.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as our AI technology evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
